The communities we serve encompass the entire Imperial Valley. The cities contained here in are: Brawley, El Centro, Calexico, Imperial, Holtville, Calipatria, Niland, Westmorland, Heber, and Seeley. Our valley has long been considered an agricultural region, with over 650,000 acres of its territory being actively farmed with water from the Colorado River. The population of our valley has been around 150,000-160,000 for years. That is where the old paradigm ends and the new one begins.
Our valley is changing dramatically by the day. Some developers have called the Imperial Valley, “The New Temecula” of Southern California. With an abundance of economically priced land and plenty of Colorado River water for development, the panorama of the area changes daily now. With new housing springing up constantly, new businesses are headed our way with various “Enterprise and Enhancement” incentives under their arms to build new businesses and create new jobs. Opportunities abound for the open minded and visionary people coming here.
