DOUG DAHM – (Broker/Owner) As a native of the Imperial Valley, I have seen and experienced over 50 years worth of growth and development in our Valley. My family settled in the Brawley area of the Imperial Valley in 1908. They came here from Chicago, Illinois, as farmers, and upon arriving here, quickly began to establish their family business, along with other early pioneer farming families. As the years passed, our family’s roots grew very deep into the local community. As a youngster growing up in this agrarian community, I learned the values of the work ethic that my forefathers had taught me. Those values enabled me to do many things. One of those achievements was getting my Bachelor of Science Degree from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo in 1973. Returning to the Valley, with my degree in hand, I began to build a successful farming operation that thrived for 28 years. During that time, I married my college sweetheart, Hilarie, and together we built our family consisting of daughter, Suzanne, and sons, Andrew and Jonathan. Andrew works with me today at The Dahm Team. I left the farming business in 2001, due to changing global economic conditions. I encountered some changes, big and small. One constant that I encountered coming into the Real Estate/Mortgage business was peoples desire to be treated honestly and fairly using high moral values and ethics. We serve clients in a world that at times seems to have become devoid of such needed values. I can say that my family background has helped me to share those same values with our clients today. It is the very reason why clients seek out our firm. They know that not only do we know the Valley and all its players, but that we will serve their needs in the way that they expect to be served using the old home grown values of hard work. That’s our commitment to you from all of us at The Dahm Team Real Estate Company, Inc. DRE Lic.# 01342528
ANDREW DAHM -(Realtor) I grew up in the Imperial Valley as a 5th generation member of a pioneer farming family. Growing up on our family ranch, I had the opportunity to work for my father, Doug Dahm, and also to help manage the farm later on. Those experiences taught me valuable lessons that have enabled me to serve my clients better at The Dahm Team. In addition to doing residential resale and mortgage, my farming background has given me valuable knowledge of farm land, which is a tremendous benefit for my clients looking to sell or acquire farm ground. Let me show you how my hard work, no nonsense, work ethic can benefit you by allowing us to help you here at The Dahm Team Real Estate Company, Inc. DRE Lic.#01452856
MARISA KELLEY – (Transaction Coordinator/Office Manager) I have resided in the Imperial Valley for over 20 years. I grew up in Phoenix, Arizona and received my Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Arizona. After graduating from U of A, I stayed in Tucson for a few years and held an assistant manager position for a retail company. I then moved to San Diego, CA and started work with a Title Insurance Company. Here I met my husband and we eventually moved to the Imperial Valley. My husband was born and raised in the Imperial Valley and he is the President and C.E.O. for The Imperial Valley Economic Development Corporation (I.V.E.D.C.) After working as a teacher in the Valley for about 6 years I felt as though it was time for a change, so I sought after my California Real Estate License. Today, I work for The Dahm Team in the Imperial Valley as a transaction coordinator, realtor assistant and office manager. I handle all of the real estate files when they are in escrow, assist clients and the realtors, and many other administrative duties. I enjoy working with The Dahm Team Real Estate Company, Inc. and look forward to working with you in the future. DRE Lic.#01521856
